Terms of Service for PromptPro

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PromptPro (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. Description of Service

PromptPro is a web application that helps users generate professionally written prompts for AI language models (LLMs). Prompt generation is powered by Anthropic's Claude models. The Service accepts user input, processes it, and returns a prompt designed to be used with LLMs for creative, professional, or technical tasks.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PromptPro responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or abusive content
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or damage the platform or any third-party system
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Use the Service to produce or distribute spam, misinformation, or harmful content

Prohibited Uses.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that facilitates financial fraud, including but not limited to credit card generation, BIN lookup tools, carding, or autocheckout systems
  • Generate content designed to hack, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or accounts
  • Generate phishing content, credential harvesting tools, or social engineering attacks
  • Generate malware, ransomware, or any malicious code
  • Generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features of the Service
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

3. User Accounts

If you register for an account:

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abuse or fraud.

4. AI Content and Output Disclaimer

PromptPro uses Anthropic's Claude models to generate prompts based on your input. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive
  • PromptPro does not guarantee the usefulness or appropriateness of the output
  • You are solely responsible for how you use any generated content
  • We disclaim liability for any reliance you place on AI-generated prompts or their downstream use.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All design elements, branding, code, and features of PromptPro are the intellectual property of the creator(s), unless otherwise noted.
  • You retain ownership of any input text you submit.
  • PromptPro retains the right to store and use anonymized prompt data to improve the service.
  • You may not reproduce or redistribute the service or any part of it without written permission.

6. Payment and Billing

PromptPro offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription ($9/month). By subscribing to the Pro plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

PromptPro is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for errors in generated prompts or actions taken based on AI output
  • We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or bug-free performance

You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate in our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
